General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site. 

Voice Coaching

If you are not completely satisfied with your investment, you may request a refund on unused coaching time. (It is rare, but it does happen that a coach and client may be ill-matched and it is best for both parties to go their separate ways.)

But unfortunately, there are no refunds on Voice Coaching that has already taken place, because once I spend my time with you, I can’t get it back. I cannot guarantee results in a coaching relationship because results depends on your openness to being coached and your willingness to do the work.

Finally, a great deal of energy, time, thought and heart goes into preparing for and being present in our time together. If you’re late for your appointment, you lose that time. If you don’t show, you’ll still be charged in full. In turn, I promise to honour our appointments, and be on time as well.

Courses and Fixed-series groups

Upon providing a deposit or full course payment you are authorizing Sing With Style to process your payment. Upon approval of your application, you are responsible for full payment of fees for the course or series of sessions. No refunds will be issued if you are accepted into the group and all installments must be paid on a timely basis.

If for some reason I have to cancel a session or series and you have already paid for it, I will of course refund you, in a timely manner.

I appreciate your understanding of my position. 

On this website I describe multiple ways in which users, customers and clients may benefit from the services and products that I offer.

However the results I describe are not guaranteed, because the outcomes and transformations are entirely dependent on how a client uses the techniques taught.

I do my best to enable every student to get the results required, through the best guidance I can offer, and in a way that is tailored to each student within the limitations of the tuition package chosen.
