Spacious Posture is a bodily habit that needs to be learned and integrated.
First you need to be guided deeply so your body can adjust and absorb the changes.
That's why the first video is 18 minutes long. I recommend you follow the video once or twice a day for 3 days. Then you can use the audio or video once or twice a day for 4 more days. Your body will start to become familar with the new pattern.
Once your body and mind shift more easily into spacious posture, it will adjust more quickly each time. So you only need a short guide to get you into it. So use the medium-length audio or video once or twice a day for another week.
By then your new more aligned stance should be emerging quickly when you start to think about it. So I offer you the super-swift guide for a reminder if you feel you need it. You can use it pre-performance for example.
After 2-3 weeks of following these guides, you'll almost certainly be able to step into spacious posture just by standing there and talking yourself through it from memory. Your body will slip into the new habits with the briefest of reminding thoughts.
